    Dice 2 cups of bell peppers and 2 cups onions, drain and rinse two 15 oz cans beans, do not drain 2 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes. add 1/2 cup of TVP (textured vegetable protein, 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce, small can (4oz?) tomato paste, 4 oz can of diced canned chili peppers and 2 1.25 oz pkgs of chili seasoning mix. Spray cooking spray inside the cooker, add all ingredients, stir, and slow cook for 6 hours.


The recipe I took this from doesn't give number of servings, mine is a guesstimate. I also show the recipe as doubled.


Drain, rinse beans. Do not drain tomatoes. Dice veggies. Spray non stick spray on the inside of the slow cooker. Add all ingredients, stir, set to slow cook 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 15 1-cup servings.
