    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp
    Raspberry Vinegar, 1 Tbsp
    *Splenda, 1 tsp


Chop the veggies, add the mayo, vinegar and splenda. Stir. It's nice if its refrigerated for an hour or so before serving, the dressing takes on a pretty pinkish color.
