Ingredients

    356 grams of daikon radish julienned (1/4 a normal daikon)
    186 g of carrot julienned (1 big carrot)
    1 T salt
    1 T vinegar
    1 T sugar
    1 T lemon juice

Tips

I think that I should have doubled the other ingredients (vinegar, sugar and lemon juice, because I had a lot more of the veggies than the original recipe, but I forgot to. If it turns out okay awesome, if not, next time I'll double and edit the recipe.)


Directions

Julienne veggies, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt liberally
Squeeze out liquid, put in a different bowl
Mix other ingredients
Pour over veggies
Mix
Refrigerate
