    - One pound 93% lean ground beef
    - 2 Cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    - Half cup chopped onion
    - 1 Cup frozen peas
    - 1 Cup frozen corn
    - 50 Tater tots

    - pepper and/or salt to taste


- Brown ground beef
- Add onions and sautee for 2-3 minutes
- In a greased 8"x11.5" baking dish, combine beef, onion, soup, peas, and corn
- Add salt and pepper if desired
- Top with tater tots
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tater tots are golden brown
