Ingredients

    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 6 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" ( use green, yellow or red )
    Hunts Basil,Garlic, & Oregano Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    Minute Brown Rice Whole Grain Instant, 1 cup (remove)
    Hunt's Traditional spaghetti sauce, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Ground Turkey, 112 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

makes 6 peppers
crush garlic into pan and add turkey, onion, and celery and brown,
then add the diced tomaotes ( juice too ) and 1/2 cup of water and the cup of rice. bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins.
While simmering cut tops off peppers and clean peppers out.
let cool a few mins. then stuff the peppers and place in baking dish. bake for 45 mins at 375 deg.
