Three Ingredient Pancakes

1 medium ripe banana, mashed
1 large egg
2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
Dash of cinnamon, optional
These are a little tricky to flip so be sure to let them cook thoroughly on one side first.
If you want to save on calories, the chocolate chips can be left out, but I like the decadent flavor of the chocolate with the banana!
Pour into greased skillet or onto griddle and cook until lightly browned. Flip and repeat.
Makes two large pancakes.
Serving Size: 1 pancake.
