Number of Servings: 1


    1/3 c honey
    1/3 c coconut oil
    1/2 c peanut or almond butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 c quick oats (uncooked)
    2 c rice krispies
    1/3 c raisins, craisins or any dried fruit
    1/3 c mini chocolate chips (optional)
    1/4 shredded coconut
    1/4 nuts
    1/4 flax seed (ground)


mix all ingredients together. Press into an 8x11 pan. Freeze or refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars, wrap and keep cold. They will fall apart at room temperature.
