Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    1 can Goya Black Beans (do not drain)
    1 can Beef Broth
    1 28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    1 packet McCormick's Chili Seasoning Mix
    1 diced Onion
    1 cup diced Celery
    1 diced Red Bell Pepper
    1 diced Zucchini
    1 cup diced Mushrooms
    1 cup diced Carrots

Directions

Prep Time: 30 minutes; less time if you chop in advance
Cooking Time: 30-40 minutes

Cook onion in a large pan with some water. Add Turkey and brown.

Add the remaining ingredients (don't drain the beans; the juice adds flavor).

Cook for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
