    Potato Express Rosemary & Roasted Garlic, 16 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, .5 cup, sliced
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Italian spices, salt, & Pepper to taste.


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to coat with oil. Place on a cookie sheet spread to one layer. Place in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes.
