Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
    2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp hot sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup white or yellow onion, minced

Directions

Slice chicken tenders in half crosswise. In a large, heavy-duty freezer storage bag, combine all ingredients except the chicken.

Mix together well. Add chicken tenders and seal bag. Place bag in small baking dish and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400F. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and arrange chicken tenders in single layer in the
small baking dish. Drizzle with cup of the reserved marinade. Bake for 2025 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
