    almond meal, ground flax seed, salt, chia seeds, chipotle chile pepper powder, garlic powder, extra virgin olive oil, eggs


Watch for proper color. I sometimes cut the sheet in half when ready to go in oven so I can rotate halves for more even baking.


In bowl, mix together almond flour, flax, salt and thyme.
In separate bowl combine the egg and oil and whisk until combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir together with a wooden spoon. The mixture should form into a dough.
Place the dough in the center of a piece of parchment paper (12"x17"). Take another piece of parchment paper and put it on top of the dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough so that it is evenly spread in a rectangle.
Remove the top piece of paper an score the dough with a dull knife. I cut into 48 pieces.
Place the parchment sheet onto a 12"x17" baking sheet and put into the oven, baking 16 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from the oven and wait 30 minutes to allow the crackers to cool.
Serve with your favorite spread.
