    Tbsp chia seed
    Tbsp slivered Almonds
    Large Egg
    2 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    pinch salt
    tsp maple syrup
    pinch cinnamon
    Tbsp water


Grind chia seed and almonds, add to beaten egg, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour mixture into a hot medium size fry pan. When pancake is brown flip
