    3.5 oz sweet potato
    1oz walnuts
    .5 c dry quick oats
    .33 c almond milk
    1scoop protein powder
    .5 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 large egg whites


Make oat flour with oats in a food processor
Mix wet in a blender or food processor
Combine all and fold in or top with walnuts
Fill silicone muffin tins with batter
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes

Serving Size: 8 muffins
