    1 cup flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup butter, room temp
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
    2 Tbsp skim milk
    1/2 cup chopped walnutes


Stir first 4 ingredients together, set aside.
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Combine mashed banana and milk; add to creamed mixture alternately with flourmixture, beating just till smooth after each addition. Stir in nuts. Pour into 3 mini loaf pans sprayed with baking PAM. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Wrap in aluminum foil while still warm.
