    Bacon Thick Cut (2 slices) cut into small pieces
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Raisins, golden seedless, .25 cup, packed
    Vegetable Broth, low sodium .25 cup
    Kale, 5 cup, chopped


Over medium heat, in large non-stick skillet, cook the bacon and onions until onions are soft. Stir to prevent the food sticking. Then stir in raisins. Cover the onion mix with the chopped kale. Add vegetable broth. Cover with a lid slightly smaller than the pan so that it presses the kale down. Cook about 5 more minutes until the kale is wilted. Stir and serve.
