    2.5 oz. cooked pork chop (leftovers)
    3/4 c. Steamfresh broccoli/carrot/snap peas/water chestnuts (leftovers)
    3/4 c. Steamfresh corn (leftovers)
    2 c. cooked rice (leftovers)
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. soy sauce


Chop leftover pork and veggies into small pieces. Heat in skillet with olive oil over high heat. Add rice and heat through. Splash a small amount of soy sauce into skillet, more for color than flavor.
