Number of Servings: 6


    *1 Mango, coarsely chopped
    *1 California (Haas) Avocado, coarsely chopped
    *2# Large Peeled, Deveined White Shrimp, tails removed
    *1 T garlic/herb Buffalo Wing seasoning (I used Cajun seasoning)
    *4.5 cups of Mixed Greens
    *4.5 cups of fresh Spinach
    *1/2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
    *1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
    *1/4 cup Honey


If you don't think you will eat all of the salad, have individuals pour the dressing on their individual salads when they are ready to eat.


Preheat oven to broil (or heat grill if cooking shrimp outside). Line baking pan with foil and arrange the shrimp on pan in single layer.

Sprinkle seasoning over shrimp and broil 4-5 minutes or until shrimp is pink.

Combine Mixed Greens and Spinach and place into a salad bowl. Combine dressing, wing sauce, and honey and drizzle 1/2 of the dressing over the salad.

Top salad with shrimp, mango, and avocado. Drizzle with rest of dressing and serve immediately.
