Ingredients

2 cans Chick Peas
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tpsb. Tahini
juice from 1 lime (+zest)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cilantro (or more for taste)
1 jalapeno pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
Tips
Wear glove with jalapeno chopping
Directions
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Reserve about 1/4-1/2 cup of liquid. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a food processor (sans reserved liquid) and blend until smooth. Takes multiple batches. Add reserved liquid if needed.
