    Angel hair pasta 8 oz
    2 tbls unsalted butter
    .25 cup Parmesan cheese
    fresh ground pepper
    2-3 tbls pasta water


Cook pasta according to package. Melt butter in sauce pan and add fresh ground pepper--when bubbly remove from heat while pasta finishes. Add pasta and 2-3 tablespoons reserved pasta water to butter return to heat until bubbly and remove again--add Parmesan cheese and toss quickly. top with a little more parmesan and pepper and serve immediately.
