A delicious vegetarian, slow cooker split pea soup. A delicious vegetarian, slow cooker split pea soup.
Number of Servings: 14


    Basil, 0.50 tsp
    Cumin seed, 0.25 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 0.50 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
    Milanaise Organic Green Split Pea - Dry, 2 cup
    sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving


I like to double the recipe and freeze some of it for a quick last min. meal! :)


Spray inside slow cooker with cooking spray, dice up and add all ingredients and let cook for about 6 hours.

Serving Size: Serving size is one cup. Makes 7 servings.
