Introduction

Casserole from pantry staples. Use a rotisserie chicken to keep it really simple. Casserole from pantry staples. Use a rotisserie chicken to keep it really simple.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Meat from 1-2.5 lb rotisserie chicken
    12 oz bag egg noodles
    2 cans condensed broccoli cheddar soup
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 cup skim milk
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

If you would like, sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top of the casserole before baking.


Directions

Cook egg noodles according to package. Meanwhile, remove meat from chicken and cut into chunks; add to bowl. Also to bowl, add soups, milk and canned vegetables drained well. Add cooked noodles and mix well to combine. Pour into 9x13 greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings approx 1 cup each
