Ingredients

    2 garlic gloves minced
    1/2 c choped onion
    1/2 c uncooked Orzo
    1 lb cooked chicken breast chopped
    28 ounce FF chicken broth
    14.5 ounce canned diced tomatoes undrained
    16 ounce can chickpeas/garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

saute onion and garlic in Pam cooking spray or Enova oil until tender 5 min. Add chicken cook 5 minutes if using precooked chicken breast strips. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 22 min or until Orzo done
