    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Shallots, 1
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 100 mL
    Cheese - Chevrai Goat Cheese - 1 oz
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash


Mince garlic and shallot and saute in olive oil. Add all other ingredients and mix. Stir till warm through and thick.
