    4 14oz cans chicken broth
    6 cloves of garlic
    1 chicken breast
    1 lg sweet potato
    1 lg potato
    14 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetales (broccoli,cauliflower,carrots)
    2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp celery seed


pour chicken broth into stock pot. peel and dice potatos. add potatos to cold chicken broth, cook on med. heat. Dice chicken breast add to the pot, with chopped garlic, onion powder and celery seed. cook till potatos are tender add frozen vegetables. turn heat don to low and simmer till vegetables are heated through. makes 8 one cup servings.

serve with 2 matzo balls.
