Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 c chopped apple
    3/4 c fresh or soaked dried dates
    1/4 c hemp seed
    1/4 c pumpkin seed
    1/4 c almonds, whole
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1/4 c hemp protein powder
    2 T (10 g) coconut, raw
    1/4 c (scant) rolled oats

Directions

Process all ingredients until desired texture is reached. Place on clean surface. Shape the mixture into small balls. Roll in shredded coconut. Wrap individually and freeze.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings
