    vanilla wafers
    1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
    2 c 1/% milk
    0.25 c sweetened coconut


crush 2 vanilla wafers in bottom of dessert dishes. make pudding according to package instructions and add coconut extract. Gently spoon hot pudding on top of crushed wafers. Lightly toast coconut under broiler until slightly brown. sprinkle on top of pudding
