Ingredients

    Cinnamon Chicken
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp Stevia
    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    Lemon-Garlic Spinach
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp minced garlic
    3 c. baby spinach
    sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare seasoning for chicken combining all ingredients together except the chicken. Put chicken in a baking dish, pour seasonings over chicken and bake covered with foil for 40 minutes. Turn the heat up to 400 degrees, remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.

Prepare spinach in a non-stick pan. Use 1 tbsp. water and the remaining ingredients and cook unit well seasoned and wilted.
