Ingredients: 1 tsp. butter
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsps. Splenda
¼ cup golden flaxseed meal
I have at times prepared the dry ingredients in small storage containers or zip lock bags so I could just pull one out and add it to my egg and butter. These are quick and easy and keep me feeling satisfied for the entire morning.
You can change out the flavoring and make it savory instead of sweet, like garlic powder and cayenne pepper or whatever you like best.
