Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 2 oz
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 small
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Butter Spray (5 sprays), 1 serving
    Garlic, 1 tsp

Directions

Bake Potato in microwave.
Saute garlic, onion, and mushroom - add steak.
Cook till steak is done.
Spray potato with butter spray, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Enjoy with steak saute.
