    Olive Oil, 1/3 cup
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    Penne Pasta 16 oz
    1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
    Garlic, 3 cloves


Can be served hot or cold.


1) Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2) Saute garlic in olive oil. Add zucchini and diced tomatoes.
3) Add zucchini mix to the cooked pasta and toss.
