A quick and easy summer dinner. A quick and easy summer dinner.

    4 oz Linguine
    2 T olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts
    2 oz pitted kalamata olives, sliced
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 T basil
    2 oz Romano cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.
Add olives and artichoke hearts, then add broth.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tomato and basil.
Add pasta to sauce.
Serve with cheese.
