    2 pounds Jenni-O ground turkey
    2 boxes stove stop chicken stuffing
    2 cups water
    4 egg whites


You can easily make a smaller batch, just cut the ingredients in half! We have 9 people in this house, so thats why its so big.


Mix all the ingredients together. Spray 2 muffin tins (24 muffins) with non-stick cooking spray. Divide meat evenly. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
