Ingredients

1/2 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, whole-wheat
2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup chopped Carrots, raw
900 ml PC Blue Menu No Salt Added Beef Broth
2 cups chopped Onions, raw
796 ml can PC Blue Menu Diced Tomatoes, no salt added, undrained
540 ml can PC Blue Menu Black Beans, no salt added, undrained
540 ml can PC Blue Menu White Kidney Beans, no salt added, undrained
1 cup diced Celery, raw
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Tips
You can sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top when it's served.
Directions
1. Add oil to cooking pot and heat on medium. Once heated, add chopped onions, celery, carrots and garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.
