I have made this numerous times and it is always a hit. I omit the onion and add more taco seasoning! Real comfort food w/o the comfort food calories. - 9/25/08

Very good. I used 2 TBSP of the pepper flakes and it was very spicy. Use less if you don't want too much heat. - 3/20/08

Very easy and tatses good. Even with doubling the beans it turned out kind of soupy. Next time I'll add rice or quinoa right into the pot. - 3/9/08

I doubled the amount of corn and beans to have enough for left overs. It was a big hit. Not too spicy and very filling. - 3/9/08
