    1 T butter
    1T flour(I used whole wheat pastry flour)
    1C milk 2%
    1 C shrimp deveined
    2 oz whole wheat pasta
    1 cup shredded mozzarella (or any white cheese)


Melt butter and flour cook 5 min whisking constantly constantly add milk bring to a simmer stir constantly. Add pasta. Cook until almost all dente 4 min if using thin 8 if using regular stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cheese. Continue to cook until shrimp is pink and and cheese is melted. Enjoy! (You can also cook the pasta and shrimp sperately)
