    Rotisserie Chicken, 5 oz shredded
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can
    Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.25 cup Salsa, .50 cup
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Mission Carb Balance Fajita size - 9 flour tortillas


You can add all the veggies you have on hand to add more nutrients!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute the spinach and garlic in olive oil. Once spinach is wilted, add the can of Rotel tomatoes. Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheese. Saute until heated through.

Lightly spray 9x13 casserole pan with cooking spray. Place about 1/4 cup of mixture into tortilla. Roll and lay in pan. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Top with Salsa and rest of shredded cheese.

Heat in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla edges are crispy.
