1 cup Greek yogurt (nonfat)
2 ripe peaches (medium to large)
2 tbsp honey
I did not have popsicle molds at hand, so I used small paper cups (3 oz size).
You can use more or less honey, depends on how sweet you like your treats. You can also replace the peaches with other fruit that can be pureed. I think strawberries, blueberries or bananas would work great.
Pour or spoon into small popsicle molds. Leave a little room for expansion during freezing. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Add stick. Freeze for another 90 minutes or until frozen completely.
Serving Size: Makes 8 small freezer pops (about 2 oz each).
