    1/2c flour
    1/2c oats
    1/3c butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg


375 oven grease 8x8 pan
spread apples in pan mix remaining ingred;sprinkle over apples
Bake about 30 min until topping in golden and apples are tender
