    3/4 cup 2% milk
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 lg egg
    2 tbsp vegetable oil


1. Combine milk and vinegar. Set aside to let thicken.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make sure there are no lumps.
3. Mix in milk/vinegar, egg and oil. Mix well, then let stand 10 minutes to set up.
4. Preheat pan and spray with no-stick spray before dropping pancake mix in 1/4 cup increments.
* Add a little more milk if the pancake batter doesn't spread out well.
5. Flip when the surface holds the bubble holes.
6. Remove from heat when brown on both sides.
