    8 gloves poached garlic (from book)
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    1 celery stalk, finely chopped
    1 tbsp garlic-infused oil (from book)
    1/3 c white cooking wine
    1 medium white potato, finely chopped and peeled
    3/4 c red lentils
    1/2 medium head of cauliflower, finely chopped
    2 cubes Not-Chick'n Bouillon cubes
    1 tsp Better than Bouillon Vegetable flavor
    1/2 tsp dried rubbed sage
    1/8 ground cloves
    1 bay leaf
    4 cups water


1. Put everything in slow cooker
2. Cook on "low" for 8 hours
