A creamy, cheesy pasta bake dish. Recipe can be halved really easily. A creamy, cheesy pasta bake dish. Recipe can be halved really easily.
Number of Servings: 14


    1 bag of egg noodles
    1 bag of sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
    2lbs of extra lean ground beef
    1 to 1/2 cups of sour cream (depending on your taste)
    1 cup of ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/2 cup of chopped green onion
    1 can of tomato sauce


serve with a light cold salad and fresh rolls.


-preheat oven to 350
-brown the beef, drain well, then mix with tomato sauce. add pepper and salt to your taste. let simmer until ready to combine with other ingredients
-cook noodles and set aside
-in a separate bowl, mix sour cream, ricotta and green onions. add pepper to your taste.
-combine noodles with sour cream mixture.
-in a baking pan, layer the noodles on the bottom, then layer the beef on top of that and finish with cheese.
-bake for 20 minutes

Serving Size: make 14 pieces of 8x4 rectangle sized servings
