Ingredients

    16 oz loaf whole wheat bread
    6 tbsp olive oil
    6 cloves garlic
    2 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 c parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Combine olive oil, garlic, parsley and pepper, and microwave for 20 seconds. Toss with bread to coat, then toss with parmesan cheese to coat. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a single layer until golden.
