Ingredients

    1/2c Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend

    4oz Tropicana Calcium OJ

    One small/ex small banana

    8 frozen strawberries (unsweetened)

    1 scoop Pure Protein Natural - Vanilla

    1 100-cal Yoplait Greek Yogurt - Strawberry (or flavor of preference - berries, cherry, whatever!)

    Ice Cubes - start with about 5, add more if needed for preferred consistency

Tips

Add 1 tbs of flax seeds to give an extra boost of health!


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are small enough to fit thru a straw! Add ice as desired, one cube at a time, to desired consistency.

Serving Size: makes 1 serving as a 'meal', or two servings as a desert/treat to share!
