    16 oz pork loin, cubed (approx. 1 tray of 6 loin)
    3 small onions, roughly chopped
    100g tikka paste (3-4 tablespoons)
    25g rogan josh paste (1 tablespoon)
    500ml boiling water
    500g tomato passata


If preferred can make on stove, cooking for approx. 90 mins or so depending on preference. Add chestnuts about 20 mins before serving as already cooked.


Put onion & pork into slow cooker; boil kettle and put approx. 500ml into jug, add tikka paste & rogan josh paste to water to dissolve and then pour over pork; add passata; switch on to low setting for approx. 8 hrs. Add chestnuts for last hour.
