    1 avocado
    1 colored pepper
    1.5 cucumber
    6 oz grape tomatoes
    .5 cup chopped onion
    1 can black beans
    1 Simply Organic salsa verde seasoning packe
    1.5 tsp. lime juice
    1/2 c water
    2 T rice vinegar (unseasoned)


Chop all vegetables to desired size.
Gently mix vegetables with drained & rinsed black beans.
Mix seasoning packet with water, lime juice & vinegar.
Pour over vegetable & bean mixture and mix gently.
Allow flavors to meld for about 30 min.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 cups
