    4 - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    4-5 Cloves of Garlic
    1 Cup Fresh Basil
    1 TBS. Olive Oil
    1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 C. Water
    1 Pkg. Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
    1 Medium Red Onion, Sliced


Easy, delicious tastes awesome!


Place Chicken Breasts in an 8x8 cooking dish.
In a blender place the rest of the ingredients, except the tomatoes and onion slices, and pulse until pureed. Pour mixture over chicken and top with onion slices and sliced tomatoes. Bake for about 40 minutes at 375.
