Number of Servings: 4


    4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    4 medium (43g) wheat tortillas
    12 leafs romaine lettuce, tough ribs removed
    8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
    4 ounces 2% sharp cheddar cheese, grated


1. Combine the cream cheese and horseradish.

2. Spread 1 oz. cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.

3. Layer each tortilla with 3 lettuce leafs, 2 oz. roast beef, and 1 oz. cheddar and roll up.

4. Secure with toothpicks.


Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 1 roll up each.
