Ingredients

    1/2 cup oats
    2 scoops protein
    vanilla
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla
    water

Directions

mix in blender to desired consistency, then cook on nonstick pan w/ a little olive oil spray about 2-3 mins each side. top with berry compote. mmmm.
