Ingredients

    Diced Onion, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Venison, ground, 11/2 lbs.
    Milk, Fat Free, 8 oz
    Double Fiber bread crumbs, 1 cup/4 slices
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 2 tsp

Tips

May customize per taste by adding spices
Italian: garlic, oregano, basil
Mexican: jalapeņo, Cheyenne, cilantro


Directions

With hands
mix dry ingredients, tomato paste, onion, then add wet
Bake at 425' in loaf pan 1 hour or until done (160')
Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
