    Tortillas, small, whole grain, 4
    Olive Oil, spray
    Black pepper


Preheat oven to 400.
Cut the tortillas into 6 wedges each and arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with olive oil. Grind pepper over them. Strip the leaves off the herbs and sprinkle them over the wedges, or use dried herbs. Bake for 5 min, then turn them over and bake a further 5 min. cool on a rack.
